Our client is a renowned dealer in Telecoms, oil and gas and construction sealing equipments. They require the services of an experienced telecoms sales Manager for their office in Ikoyi Lagos. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in selling telecommunications equipment to the following client categories such as Operators, OEM’s, Site building companies and Co-location providers.
Education:
• B.Sc Degree in any relevant field – mandatory
• Engineering degree – advantage
• Technological background – advantage

Responsibilities:

• Help grow the Nigerian and subsequently west African market share
• Implement the strategy and tactics to grow existing account and meet targets planned
• Contact prospective customers, screening enquiries, interfacing with the customer, preparing quotes and proposals.
• Follow up on ongoing projects.
• To coordinate and increase the revenue and achieve sales objectives.
• To review regularly & monitor daily/weekly & monthly activity report.
• Understanding customer requirements and promoting the appropriate solutions
• Project operation and interaction with internal teams
• Identifying, developing and maintaining relationships with target customers

Requirements:

• Key experience selling solutions and developing business activities in the telecom industry
• Strong communication skills, presentation skills and the ability to interact at C level
• Proven ability to over achieve targets
• Familiarity with machine-to-machine business development and consulting
• A highly entrepreneurial spirit with a make it happen in a positive attitude approach
• Exceptional report writing and presentation skills
• Ability to mobilize and motivate internal/external resources to achieve desired result.
• Ability to understand customers needs and presenting their solutions
• 3-5years hands on experience
