1. JOB TITLE: REGIONAL MANAGER BTS & TRANSMISSION
REGION: South South; South West; North Central; Lagos; North West; North East
SPECIAL REQUIREMENT/CORE COMPETENCIES
• Knowlegde of Microwave Transmission System.
• Knowledge of CDMA/Mobile Network Rollout.
• Computer application skill.
• Project reporting skills.
• Strong resource management skills.
• Strong interpersonnel and communication skills.
JOB DESCRIPTION/MAIN OUTPUT
• Responsible for all deployment activities from civil works acceptance to BTS integration for all planned towns within the region.
• Coordinate cell sites readiness,process BTS equipment delivery and installations with vendors,
• Coordinate the implementation of Microwave and SDH Transmission Plans.
• Coordinate the integration of Transmission Access Network and the BTS.
• Responsible for Acceptance testing of BTS,Microwave and SDH Equipment installation and commissioning.
MIN EXPERIENCE: 4 years relevant experience with 1-2 years in supervisory/managerial position
MIN QUALIFICATION: Relevant Degree / Diploma in Electical / Electronic Engineering
2. JOB TITLE: TECHNICIAN_BTS & TRANSMISSION
REGION South South; South West; North Central; Lagos; North West; North East
SPECIAL REQUIREMENT/CORE COMPETENCIES
• Knowlegde of Microwave Transmission System.
• Knowledge of CDMA/Mobile Network Rollout.
• Should have basic computer skills
JOB DESCRIPTION/MAIN OUTPUT
• Running Microwave Acces Network Projects for all Towns as planned.
• Provision of Transmission resources for BTS Integration, Testing of Microwave and SDH Links to confirm compliance to design.
• Acceptance testing of BTS,Microwave and SDH Equipment installation and commissioning.
MIN EXPERIENCE: 2 years relevant experience
MIN QUALIFICATION: Relevant Degree / Diploma in Engineering
3. JOB TITLE: REGIONAL MANAGER OFC & SDH PROJECTS
REGION: North West
SPECIAL REQUIREMENT/CORE COMPETENCIES
• Knowledge of Transmission Technology and Optical Fibre, OTDR, Power Meters and Splicing
JOB DESCRIPTION/MAIN OUTPUT
• Responsible for the rollout of OFC Projects and SDH Network.
• Acceptance testing of the route, Laise with the concerned authorities for the right of way.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and good communication skill.
• Knowledge of blowing and Splicing
MIN EXPERIENCE: 4 years relevant experience with 1-2 years in supervisory/managerial position
MIN QUALIFICATION: Relevant Degree / Diploma in Electronic Telecommunication
4. JOB TITLE: PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR
REGION: Lagos
SPECIAL REQUIREMENT/CORE COMPETENCIES
• Work in pressurised environment, work after hours and travel
JOB DESCRIPTION/MAIN OUTPUT
• Perform quality review sessions on project execution.
• Draw up project plans and track delivery targets and facilitate the realization thereof.
• Create conducive environments for project delivery and execution.
• Project Resource planning
• Risk Management
• Projects Status reporting.
MIN EXPERIENCE: 5 years relevant experience
MIN QUALIFICATION: Relevant Degree / Diploma
5. JOB TITLE: PROJECT MANAGER
REGION: Lagos

• Work in pressurised environment, work after hours and travel

• Risk Management
• Projects Status reporting.
MIN EXPERIENCE: 5 years relevant experience with 3 years in Managerial position
MIN QUALIFICATION: Relevant Degree / Diploma
6. JOB TITLE: PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR
REGION: Abuja, Lagos, South-East
SPECIAL REQUIREMENT/CORE COMPETENCIES
• Work in pressurised environment, work after hours and travel, govt sales
JOB DESCRIPTION/MAIN OUTPUT
• Training, development and team management
• Setting of professional business processes
• Timely feedback to management team
• Interdepartmental planning.
• Achieve Revenue Targets.
MIN EXPERIENCE: 5 years relevant experience with 3 years in Managerial position
MIN QUALIFICATION: BSc/BA in Social Sciences or Humanities. Msc will be an advantage
