u have to be happy if u have not received any message from them cause u might be amongst the favoured few.

What are you waiting for them for? Are you putting all your eggs in one basket. Do you need anybody to tell you that you have to send as many applications, write as many tests and once something comes up you go for it. So because Shell is your dream company you want to die waiting for them. Well be my guest.
