Senior Manager, Human Capital Management (SM, HCM)

The SM, HCM is a valuable advisor, communicator and expert on Human Resource matters, including issues of policy, and combines his/her knowledge of business strategy, operations and business process with a cross-company, and cross-functional perspective, to help align the Group’s human resources strategies with its business strategy especially as regards effectiveness. The position oversees all aspects of the deployment of people-management systems via day-to-day Human Resources transactions and helps Executive Management and other HR Managers achieve clarity around the essential and critical resourcing, succession planning, capability deployment and employee motivational needs necessary for the attainment of Company goals over time. He/she helps create an enabling and nurturing work environment that makes it easier for employees to deliver consistently superior levels of performance. He/she ensures effective HRM practices are in place, within the context of a competitive positive culture that supports business operations and growth requirements across the Group.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
-1st degree in the Humanities, Social Sciences, Administration etc. or other relevant field
-8 - 10 years HR operational and/or consulting experience within a reputable and structured business environment
