ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER OF FINANCE & PLANNING
Responsibilities
• Lead existing team
• Ensure execution of AP, cash movement, reporting and audit
• Create & Execute budget for business
• Financial reporting
• Manage business expansion capital – forecast budgets, manage spend to budget, authorize spend, ensure value for spend. Maintain external financial obligations & schedule of payments for the said obligations
Qualification and Experience
• Degree in accounting, business management or related field preferred
• ICAN certification preferred
• Experience as a financial analyst
• Leadership experience, 3 years minimum
• Corporate finance or consulting experience, 5 years minimum
• Track record of process improvements & making things better
• Familiarity with project management experience
• Significant experience with accounting software e.g. Peachtree, and Excel

SENIOR OPERATION MANAGER
Responsibilities
• Purchasing: Lead a multimillion naira purchase function to ensure minimum and maximum purchase quantities at give times
• Logistics: Distribution of goods to shops/stores promptly at minimal cost.
• Inventor turns: Management of stock level
• Process improvement: Streamline entire process of stock purchasing to displaying
• Stock control: Over see stock control
• Sales: Lead sales team to meet sales target by offering superior customer services

Qualification and Experience
• Minimum of a BSc. or MBA .A professional certification will be an added advantage
• 7-year result proven operations experience- purchasing, logistics, customer service and other operation related.
• 3 years Proven leadership experience
• Proficiency in computer applications like Microsoft tools.
• Experience in inventory management and applicable software

INVENTORY MANAGER
Responsibility
• Stock valuation and monitoring
• Ensure avaialability of products
• Measurement of stock positioning per time
• Liase with suppliers to create supply free train.
• Reductiona and management of damages
• Monitor re-order level meet demand promptly.
Qualification/experience/skill require
• At least a Bsc/HND with or relevant professional certification
• At least 2 years of experience in warehousing and stores activities which include the development, implementation, and operation of an automated inventory control system
• Knowledge of Inventory management and control disciplines.
• Familiarity with Storekeeping methods and practices.
• Acquaintance with Computerized inventory record keeping systems.
• Understanding of supervisory principles and practices.
• Computer logic and material support programs.
Common business practices relating to the purchase, pricing, terms, shipment, taxes, and payment for commodities and services.
