hey johnson, i was there for the first test and by God's grace i qualified for the 2nd stage. v gotten the invit via text and mail. i dont think this stage is actually a test. i think the 4weeks training the lady was talking about would start them or at leats they'ld tell us wot next. anyway, as for weda all man passed, well, who knows? lol. gud luck man.
wunmi, how sure are you? i dont think you have written the test before as this one is the first. if you have inside info mayb u want to let us in on what exactly you mean.

Hey jo,i got the test also and i believe they shortlisted based on merit and Degree grade. Talking of the 2nd Phase,i must tell you i dont know what its going to look like but my instinct tells me its going to be more of interview since they termed it SELECTION STAGE
