Requirements
• B.Sc (Hons) or its equivalent in Social Science/Arts
• A legal background is an added advantage
• Knowledge of Real Estate Industry is an added advantage
• Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite e.g Word, Excel, Power Point.
• 3 years cognate work experience

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Executive office management & administration
• Travel arrangement
• Manage appointments/calendar
• Organising events and handling protocols
• Answering & returning phone calls
• Prepare comprehensive office documents
Head, Marketing (Real Estate Services)
Requirements• B.Sc (Hons) or its equivalent in Estate Management, Marketing or a related discipline.
• 4-8 years experience in a structured Real Estate/Property Development company is essential
• Good track record of marketing of properties: Apartments, Town Houses etc
• Leadership skill
Responsibilities
• Manage all the marketing functions of the Real Estate Division
• Prepare a detailed marketing plan for the Sales/Leases of apartment.
• Strategically position the marketing department for profitability and target attainment.
