Exercise patience for u still have up to 9months or more to apply for it.

Anyway, the one of last year was both online and in hard copies where you are to get it from your state scholarship board.

Just prepare.

The form comes out October every year.
You can get the hard copy of the form at the State Scholarship board in your state.
But make sure you meet the requirements before buying the form.
