Where did you get that information, how much is the form cost.

bulusumutuu, you no go rest. i dont know where you got your own info. If PTDF is out it will not be what will be hidden. The papers will publish it and it will be stated on ptdf webside. So relax your mind. UK no dey run go any where. Onr love

Take am easy. Your post is frightening and also misleading.
Lets be patience, they will be enough forms for every one. Just take it easy.
Next week all this things will be history. Just get all your documents ready bcos even if it comes out and you are not ready, its all wasted effort. Remember, TRANSCRIPT is very vital.

How many weeks will be given before the submission of the form?

But I will advice you not to allow your school send it directly cos it can get missing along the way or something like that. Make sure you find a way of collecting it yourself and include it in the envelope together with other of your documents and send them TOGETHER. It is safe like that.
Forget the protocols, if you tip them something (The guys in the academic office in your former school) they will definately give you hand to hand. You can then use the opportunity to even photocopy it before submitting so that you can have your copy of your transcript.
