Provide high quality support for Engineering Applications in a team environment.

Requirements Skills
• Able to work independently and efficiently meet Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements
• Able to promptly answer support related email, phone calls and other electronic communications.
• Self motivated, detail-oriented and organized.
• Experience with hardware and software issues.
• Proficient in Internet, windows operating system, and windows suite of products
• Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills.
Education and/or Experience :
University Degree in Engineering or Computer Science
Two years experience in Customer Support Environment (Helpdesk, Assist Desk, 2nd Level Support)
