The MD of a multinational organization based in Abuja needs a male PA, who is 'Independent' and resides within the Abuja metropolis & conversant with the city axis.. Such applicant must possess excellent organisational skills, tact, diplomacy, effective communicating skills, maintain CONFIDENTIALITY in sensitive matters and display excellent judgement..Applicant must be between the ages of 26 and 34 .A brief previous working experience in a related domain & good driving skill will be an added advantage.. Key requirements and responsibilities/duties include; A degree in Administration/Management or social science related field.. Must be computer literate. Proficient in both written and spoken English.. Provide administrative & secretarial functions.. Prepare confidential documents,reports,accounts etc.. Undertake special assignments & other duties specified by the MD.. Effective management of the personal affairs of the CEO.. Ability to work independently with a high degree of confidentiality.. Pleasant trustworthy personality with good interpersonal skills and etiquette. Mature multitasker with a good work attitude.
