Job description: Typical responsibilities

• Screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate
• Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments
• Dealing with correspondence and writing letters, taking dictation and minutes
• Organizing and attending meetings, and ensuring the manager is well-prepared for meetings
• dealing with incoming email, faxes and post
• producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations


Requirements

Bsc. in any discipline preferably in business administration or social science
Excellent computer literacy skills especially Microsoft Office Suits
Good internet research skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent time and people management
Excellent analytical skills
Articulate with good voice
A minimum of one year well grounded experience as a PA or Customer Care Executive.
