Our client is an IT company based in the United Arab Emirates in need of an Office Administrator to oversee the affairs of the company’s West African unit. The ideal candidate should be experienced in the following areas (PLEASE THOSE WITHOUT THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS SHOULD NOT APPLY):
- Graduate of a Management discipline
- 4-5 years in pure administrative functions
-Take care of administration functions for West Africa.
- Manage and maintain guest houses, cars, travel bookings.
- Maintain all records as per company requirements.
- Help in the collections (Dues from client) process from client.
- Also manage all other administrative functions.
- Good communication skills
- IT savvy
- Willing to take between N150-N200 as remuneration.
