Topic: Oando GTP Test How Far?

It was really a test...not of skill, speed or accuracy. It was a test of favour...only the favoured will be successful. It was WAEC organized but was more advanced than any test I have written...I met a comprehension passage of five sentenses, producing five questions...lol! It was as tough as that! It was 85 questions in all with four sections of 20 mins each. One can only depend on the general questions for the marks...the verbal reasoning was rock solid, I wonder if a normal human being can get 5 out of the 20 questions in 2hr...One good thing is that it will be computer-marked and the result will be released on time.

Okutu is very right, the test was simply superb in organization,with babayaba in da house lol ( babayaba means WAEC) where about 600 candidates were taking one test under one roof with everyone doing almost the same thing at the same time. the only bad side was the accreditation which took about 3hrs from when I arrived at the venue b4 i was checked in.
They asked us to come with calculators but refused to allow us to use it, how can one do such probability calculations under normal distribution curve, where infact we need four-figure tables to solve. Anyway there were more questions that really didn't needcalculators.
Moreso,the QTR was a bit fair while the LART section (for those who wrote) was a bone crusher I don't know how it was for others sha lol.
In any case thank God for journey mercies as I had to travel all da way from Uyo, Pray all the efforts will be worth the while.

......."come along with calculator" "don't make use of calculator"........, I think that it is really a sign of inadequate preparation on the part of the organisers.

Thank God sha that the test was written. But i pray that it would not be like what happened after Transocean test! After the test in PH, some weeks later, while so many people where patiently waiting for the next action, others who wrote the same test were already with the appointment letter.
God have mercy ! We need serious prayers.

about the oando test i was also invited and wrote the test it was a different set up but the questions were easy but no time all the same i am expecting some thing possitive by god's grace. one love my people .it is well for all of us because we must gat to the top one day in jesus name AMEN.

@Anunobi, did you say the questions were easy? Na wa oh! I know that it will take an average of 2hrs (if I am not exaggerating) to answer only that section that talked about combining and appointing Minsters to Lagos and Abuja. If the questions were easy for you and this is not your first aptitude test, then there is a missing link. It was tough in as much as some candidates like me will be succesful at the end of the day. It's 85 questions in all and I can say that it would be miraculous to score above 40. God dey!

Yeah easy?! With all those ministers, ministries, painting of furnitures, Oba of Benin, cos45t, normal distribution, negatively skewed et al? You call that easy? Anyway its just 'UP WAEC!!!'
With all those WAEC men and women my mind flashed back to further mathematics SSCE exam at secondary school. lol.
It's faith and trust in God... Just as previous others. Any updates? How many did you think the engineers were and when is the time frame for the result to come out?

THEWOMAN MODERATING THE TEST CLEARLY TOLD US THAT THE TEST RESULT WILL BE OUT LATEST IN TWO WEEKS TIME, WELL WITH THE EXPLOITS BY WAEC THESE DAYS THINK THEY'LL MAKE IT THE FACT IS LET GOD HELP US TO PASS 'COS THE TEST WAS NOT EASY.
