why do they need original birth certificate instead of photocopy for their graduate trainee recruitment,personally i'm against that. thanks all

this people are so mean and they are not acting as if they have a human resource dept, pls they should check thier requirements again and come up with something that is good . for now this is not acceptable by everybody.

Y would any one on earth want our original birth certificate? Are they supposed 2send it after shortlisting or what? This is not acceptable by me. is this the last time i would ever have need for it? Na wa oh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

NBC again! I know someone that applied last year and attended about four or five stages of the recruitment process but still has not been employed.... It will not be wise for anyone to post his/her ORIGINAL birth certificate. whoever is applying should PLS send photocopies to be on the safer side!!!

They don't need your original birth certificate, but a photocopy of the original. They just don't want declaration of age. So no one should get confused. Check wednesday punch for more details.

Definitely never send in your original birth certificate!!! photocopies are ok for screening.

They are definitly the Bomb. Thats how its supposed to be. All the documents you are supposed to submit will be potocopies of the original documents. Please try to understand thier simple English.

How,they are not asking us to bring the original certificate but photocopy of the original and not that of the sworn affidavit. Let us be patient with them and if you have it, just do it and let's what God will do.

For God's sake, No company wants to collect your ORIGINAL CERTIFICATES

In fact, they will perceive you as a daft person the minute you put your life's work ( Your ORIGINALS) in the mail. :-[

Please never attempt such, what they need is just photocopies of the originals which they will need to sight whenever they call you to come for test or interview.

it's not possible for anybody to ask for original certificate, i think what they meant is the photocopy of ur original birth certificate and not sworn affidavit...Wish u all favour

When they say Original, they are not asking for your Originals but a photocopy of that original.....All they are trying to emphasize is that it should not be any thing like Sworn affidevit and the likes......Hope thats ok . One Love
