REQUIREMENTS:
THE RIGHT CANDIDATE MUST BE DYNAMIC, RESOURCEFUL, MARKET AND RESULT ORIENTED WITH A TRACK RECORD OF PAST PERFORMANCE IN A SIMILAR POSITION. HE OR SHE MUST BE VERSATILE AND COMPETENT IN CREATING LIABILITIES. MUST HAVE A GOOD FIRST DEGREE WITH MINIMUM 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN MANAGEMENT POSITION IN A FINANCIAL INSTITUTION, PREFERABLY IN THE HOUSING/MORTGAGE SECTOR. PREVIOUS EXPOSURE TO THE RISK MANAGEMENT FUNCTION SHALL BE AN ADVANTAGE.
2. GROUP HEAD, (CORPORATE & PUBLIC SECTOR) REF: ECL/MB/GH-CPS/002.
REQUIREMENTS:
THE RIGHT CANDIDATE MUST BE CONVERSANT WITH THE FCT ABUJA MARKET BE VERSATILE AND COMPETENT IN CREATING LIABILITIES. HE OR SHE MUST BE A SOLUTIONS PROVIDER BE MARKET SAVVY, RESULT ORIENTED AND HAVE A SOLID TRACK RECORD IN A SIMILAR POSITION. IN ADDITION, INTERESTED CANDIDATES MUST HAVE A GOOD FIRST DEGREE WITH MINIMUM 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN MANAGEMENT POSITION, IN A FINANCIAL INSTITUTION, PREFERABLY IN THE HOUSING/ MORTGAGE SECTOR/RISK MANAGEMENT FUNCTION.

REQUIREMENTS:
WE WANT AN ACHIEVER WITH GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS WHO CAN WORK OUT SUPERIOR "GAME PLANS" AND MAKE THEM WORK THE IDEAL CANDIDATES MUST POSSESS A GOOD FIRST DEGREE WITH MINIMUM 5 YEARS IN MANAGEMENT POSITION IN A FINANCIAL INSTITUTION, PREFERABLY IN THE HOUSING/MORTGAGE SECTOR AND POSSESS A SUPERB TRACK RECORD IN A SIMILAR FUNCTION.
4. GROUP HEAD, RETAIL AND BRANCHES: REF: ECL/MB/GH-RB/004
REQUIREMENTS:
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE MUST BE A HIGHLY EXPERIENCED AND SUPERIOR PERFORMER-NOT NECESSARILY IN THE MORTGAGE BANKING SECTOR (THOUGH THIS WOULD BE AN ADVANTAGE). HE OR SHE MUST HAVE A GOOD FIRST DEGREE WITH MINIMUM 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN MANAGEMENT POSITION IN A FINANCIAL INSTITUTION, AS WELL AS AN EXCEPTIONAL TRACK RECORD IN A SIMILAR POSITION.
5. GROUP HEAD, OPERATIONS AND INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY: REF: ECL/MB/GH-OIT/005
REQUIREMENTS:
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE MUST HAVE EXTENSIVE EXPOSURE TO DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL OPERATIONS WITHIN A BANKING ENVIRONMENT, IN ADDITION TO A TRACK RECORD OF PERFORMANCE IN A SIMILAR POSITION. FAMILIARITY WITH A WIDE RANGE OF BANKING APPLICATIONS WOULD BE AN ADVANTAGE. CANDIDATE MUST POSSESS A GOOD FIRST DEGREE WITH MINIMUM 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN MANAGEMENT POSITION IN A FINANCIAL INSTITUTION. A PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION IN ACCOUNTANCY OR BANKING AND PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN THE MORTGAGE FINANCE INDUSTRY WILL BE AN ADVANTAGE.
6. GROUP HEAD, FINANCIAL CONTROL\STRATEGIC PLANNING: REF: ECL/MB/GH-FCSP/006
REQUIREMENTS:
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE MUST BE A STRATEGIC THINKER WITH SIGNIFICANT AND PROVEN ABILITY FOR RESEARCH RELATED WORK AND MUST BE ABLE TO CONDUCT SECTORAL STUDIES IN AREAS THAT IMPACT THE INSTITUTION'S BUSINESS ON A REGULAR BASIS. THE ABILITY TO PREPARE THE COMPANY IS FINANCIAL STATEMENTS ON A REGULAR BASIS AS WELL AS LIAISING WITH THE EXTERNAL AUDITORS AND TAX AUTHORITIES (AS STATUTORILY REQUIRED) IS ABSOLUTELY ESSENTIAL. INTERESTED CANDIDATES MUST BE DEGREE - QUALIFIED CHARTERED ACCOUNTANTS, PREFERABLY WITH SOME EXPERIENCE WORKING IN AN ACCOUNTING FIRM.

REQUIREMENTS:
