A leading Insurance Company with offices in Ikoyi, Lagos is looking for a Human Resources Manager. Reporting to the firms Head of Strategy, the incumbent will have a minimum of 2 – 5 years professional generalist HR experience. A first degree in the social sciences, humanities or law will suffice. A Masters degree, professional qualifications and a consulting background will be distinct advantages.

The suitable candidate would have experience managing employee relations, learning and development, employee compensation, recruitment and resourcing and organisational development.

The package on offer is between N3.5 million and N10 million depending on experience and qualifications.

A high level JD is listed below;

1. Deliver Generalist HR support and advice to management and employees.
2. Oversee manpower/human capability development and performance improvement systems deployments
3. Oversee manpower planning and employee cost budgeting processes
4. Track corporate, departmental and employee competency levels and ensure implementation of adequate and effective training and capability development programs
5. Oversee Performance Management System
6. Liaise with external Human Resource Management support organisations
