HEAD, INTERMEDIARY CHANNEL BUSINESS UNIT

Key Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Developing and implementing a business plan to grow the company's sales through third party distribution partners, including:
* Developing and delivering an integrated value proposition for this channel segment
* Defining, prioritizing and addressing channel sub-segments
* Designing appropriate incentive and compensation stmctures
* Building, training, motivating and pmning a sales team focused on this channel
* Setting and achieving targets for this business consistent with overall company targets
* Contributing to the Company's overall strategic direction
* Reporting to the CEO
Person Specification:
* An experienced Manager with demonstrable track record of successfully managing a Team to achieve
outstanding sales results preferably through institutional third party distribution.
* Must be Self-Driven and competitive
* A Natural Leader and Motivator
* Entrepreneurial and Result oriented

Qualification:
* Good First Degree with a minimum of Second Class Lower
Experience:
* Minimum of 8 years experience of which at least three years should be in sales/business development preferably the financial service sector, (Insurance, Banking, Insurance Broking, Stock Broking, or other financial services)
Age Requirement: 30- 45 years

HEAD, NATIONAL CONSUMER SALES
Key Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Developing and taking responsibility for delivering on a sales strategy and sales plan that are consistent with the Company's overall strategic and operating goals
* Ensuring that the Company's sales force is appropriately sized and structured and that it incorporates appropriate incentives that will enable the achievements of the sales strategy and plans
* Recruiting, training, motivating and pruning sales talent , including coaching and mentoring as appropriate
* Contributing to the Company's overall strategic direction
* Reporting to the CEO
Person Specification:
* An experienced Manager with demonstrable track record of successfully managing a Sales Force to achieve outstanding results in a consumer market environment
* Must be self-driven and competitive
* A natural leader and result oriented
Qualification:
* Good First Degree with a minimum of Second Class Lower
Experience:
* Minimum of 8 years experience of which at least three years should be in sales management in a retail
consumer market environment , preferably the financial service sector, (Insurance, Banking, Insurance Broking,
Stock Broking, or other financial services)
Age Requirement: 30- 45 years
