John Snow Inc., an international public health firm is seeking to fill the following positions to support the National Malaria Control Program (NMCP)

1. SENIOR LOGISTICS ADVISOR, MALARIA
Skills/Knowledge Required:

Applicants for this position should possess the following minimum qualifications:
• An advanced clinical degree or a Masters Degree in Public Health, Pharmacy, Logistics Management or Business Administration
• Five-to-seven years of professional experience in health programs, preferably in health care supply chain management.
• Specific experience in HIV/AIDS, TB, or Malaria programs strongly desired
• Proven experience in managing public health programs or projects in Nigeria or similar developing country context
• Demonstrated ability to monitor, supervise, and train in health service programs
• Extensive knowledge of the Nigeria public health sector.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent technical writing and oral presentation skills highly desired
• A proven ability to work as part of a team and to be self-managing
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability and willingness to travel in the field

2. LOGISTICS ADVISOR, MALARIA (4 Positions)
Skills/Knowledge Required:

• An degree in Public Health, Pharmacy, Logistics Management or Business Administration
• Three years of professional experience in health programs, preferably in health care supply chain management.
• Specific experience in HIV/AIDS, TB, or Malaria programs strongly desired
• Proven experience in implementing public health programs or projects in Nigeria
• Good knowledge of the Nigerian public health sector.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent technical writing and oral presentation skills highly desired
• A proven ability to work as part of a team and to be self-managing
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability and willingness to travel in the field
