MANAGEMENT SCIENCES for HEALTH (MSH)
In fulfillment of the project expansion plan, LMS _ACT now seeks to recruit dynamic professionals to fill the following positions:

POSITION: STATE HIV COMMUNITY SERVICES SPECIALISTS -3 Positions
Location: Kebbi. Kwara & Taraba State
Qualifications
Specific Qualifications and/or Experience Include:
• The suitable candidate will have a postgraduate degree in Social Sciences, Public Health, Nursing/midwifery or related discipline with at least 3 years senior level work experience in health program management in developing Countries
• The candidate will have proven hands-on programmatic, technical and managerial expertise in provision of at least 4 community HIV/AIDS services and developing and nurturing partnerships with local NGOs, FBOs and CBOs.
• Extensive experience working with networks of Persons Living with HIV/AIDS (PLWHA) is a MUST.
• The candidate will demonstrate excellent understanding of the continuum of care for HIV infected individuals and be willing to multi-task for several services.

POSITION: STATE M & E SPECIALIST- 3 Positions
Location: Kebbi. Kwara & Taraba State
Specific Qualifications and/or Experience Include:
• A postgraduate degree in statistics, demography, epidemiology or related field with focus on monitoring and evaluation and at least 2 years hands-on-experience at a senior position in monitoring and evaluation of HIV/AIDS and TB programs with very good analytical, presentation, communication and reporting skills, Familiarity with USAID and PEPFAR reporting systems is highly desirable, particularly for HCT, PMTCT, ART, palliative care and OVC .
• The candidate must be familiar with the Nigeria national M & E System and tolls with excellent training and networking skills

POSITION: STATE HIV CLINICAL SERVICES SPECIALIST- 2 Positions
Location: Kwara & Taraba State
Specific Qualifications and/or Experience Include:
The suitable candidate w1ll have a post-graduate degree in public health, medicine, or other related field with at least 3 years experience working on a PEPFAR-supported ART program, Experience building capacity of health workers to provide HIV/AIDS and TB care and treatment is a must.
The candidate will have demonstrable expertise in managing clients along the continuum of care, PMTCT and linkage with community-based programs, Program design and management experience is desirable.
Practical experience working on pediatric care and treatment programs will be an advantage,

Position: PMTCT ADVISOR-1 Position
Location: Abuja
Specific Qualifications and/or Experience Include:
• A Graduate degree in Nursing/Midwifery, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Medicine, Public Health or related field and at least 3 years experience working on HIV/AIDS Programs with a focus on PMTCT in resource poor settings in Nigeria.
• The candidate must have demonstrable experience building capacity of health workers to provide PMTCT services preferably on a PEPFAR-supported program and a thorough understanding of the community PMTCT services.

POSITION: PROGRAM ASSOCIATE -1 Position
Location: Abuja
Specific Qualifications and/or Experience Include:
• The suitable candidate will have a basic degree in any field with at least 2 years experience working in a dynamic CMI Society Organization.
• S/he will have strong office and organizational skills with competence to set priorities and multi-task in a time-sensitive environment.
• The candidate must be highly creative, witty and able to undertake complex tasks with minimal support.
• Writing and communication skills will be an added advantage, Team skills and comfort with computer word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software are a must.

Note: There are no relocation allowances available for these positions.
