POSITION TITLE :- ACCOUNTING OFFICER

DEPARTMENT :- FINANCE & ADMINISTRATION

REPORTS TO :- GENERAL MANAGER

SUPERVISION :- Nil

JOB GRADE :- D

BASIC FUNCTION :- To establish and maintain financial accounting records, institute necessary financial control processes and facilitate annual audit exercise.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES :

? To establish and maintain necessary financial accounting records according to standard accounting standards
? To Institute necessary financial control processes
? To establish records to track stock movement in the warehouse
? To prepare monthly and annual financial reports
? To operate the Petty Cash Imprest Account
? To facilitate bank lodgement
? Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws
? And carry out any other related duties, as may be required.
Job Requirements:

Education: A good first degree in Accounting from a reputable university or Polytechnic.

Experience: 3 - 5 years post graduation experience in Financial Accounting is required. Ability to create and track Cashflow forecast and Operating Budget is critical. Experience in the use of computer based accounting system will be an advantage.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint is a requirement.


POSITION TITLE :- FIELD SALES ENGINEER

DEPARTMENT :- SALES & MARKETING

REPORTS TO :- GENERAL MANAGER

SUPERVISION :- Registered Installers

JOB GRADE :- C

BASIC FUNCTION :- To develop a strong liaison with project consultants and sell Company products to their clients.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES :

? To develop the channel for the sale of Company brand of air-conditioners to the building construction industry
? To sell Company brand of air-conditioners to builders and building professionals for their building projects from design to execution.
? Where necessary to supervise registered installers in the installation of air-conditioners on site
? And carry out any other related duties, as required.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES :

? To develop the channel for the sale of Company brand of air-conditioners through Key Account customers
? To initiate, design and execute sales promotional activities within the Key Accounts Channel as necessary
? To ensure professional merchandising of Company brand of air-conditioners in the Key Account Channel
? To sell Company brand of air-conditioners to Key Account Customers.
? To identify and recruit Key Account Customers into carrying Company brand of air-conditioners
? To monitor competitive activities in Key Accounts and proactively check the impact of competition on Company sales
? To manage all customer complaint emanating from the Key Account Channel
? And carry out any other related duties, as required.

BASIC FUNCTION :- To sell Company products and achieve sales target, through DISTRIBUTORS.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES :

? To develop and manage a national network of Distributors to carry the Company’s brand of air-conditioners
? To facilitate the recruitment, selection and appointment of Distributors in line with approved business plan, including the assignment of geographic territories.
? To sell Company products and achieve sales target through the network of Distributors
? To track the performance of Distributors and initiate programs for driving growth in Distributor territories, including trade incentives for good performance and negative consequences for non-performance
? To monitor stocks in the Distributorship network and ensure appropriate level of stocks to avoid stockouts
? To manage all customer complaint emanating from the Distributorship network
? And carry out any other related duties, as required.
