Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) is best practice for IT Services. Just like what PMP is to Project Management.

The current version is VERSION3.
There are four Qualification Scheme thus;

1. Foundation Level
2. Intermediate Level (Life cycle Stream and Capability Stream)
3. ITIL Expert
4. ITIL Master
