1) SENIOR THERAPIST (MALE OR FEMALE)
• Certified and evident professional qualification with at least 4-5 years experience as a therapist
• Adequate supervisory experience
• Excellent communication skills
DUTIES
• To assist Spa manager in supervising the treatment areas, ensuring that the treatments are performed to 5-star standard
• Overseeing stock control, introducing signature treatments
• Performs a range of massages and beauty treatments.
• To perform duty management shifts as required
2) THERAPISTS X 5 (MALE AND FEMALE)
• Certified and evident professional qualification with at least 3 years experience as a therapist
• Excellent communication skills
DUTIES
• To perform all massages and beauty treatments

3) HAIR DRESSER (MALE OR FEMALE)
• Must have about 4-5yrs experience as a hair dresser
• Must have good communication skills and customer relations orientation.
• Should be able to perform a variety of African/European/Asian hair styles and services

4) RECEPTIONIST SUPERVISOR (MALE OR FEMALE)
• A good first degree in Social Sciences, arts, administration or any relevant discipline.
• Must have at least 4 years experience in a similar “5 star” environment.
• Must have administrative, customer service and computer operations skills
• Must be presentable, with excellent oral and written communication skills
• Must be able to work shifts
DUTIES:
• To supervise the entire operations of the reception team.
• To perform Duty management shifts as required
5) RECEPTIONISTS X 3 (MALE AND FEMALE)
• Should have similar experience with Receptionist Supervisor
• Must have at least 2 years working experience as a front desk/receptionist in a hospitality environment
• Must have administrative, customer service and computer operations skills
• Must be presentable, with excellent oral and written communication skills
• Must be able to work shifts
DUTIES
• To man the reception, make appointments, greet members, conduct show rounds/tour of Spa
• To oversee payment/bill guests
• To perform administrative duties/ membership sales and administration.
6) HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR (MALE)
• Must be literate with at least 2-3yrs experience in hospitality housekeeping
• Must have good communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to work shifts
DUTIES
• To Supervise and lead the housekeeping team including laundry and cleaning of the entire Spa and treatment rooms
• To perform duty management shifts as required.
7) SPA ATTENDANTS x 4 (2 MALES AND 2 FEMALES)
• Must be literate with previous housekeeping experience
• Good communication skills
DUTIES
• To perform housekeeping duties in spa area including locker rooms and Spa relaxing area, stocking fresh linen, removal of dirty linen and cleaning duties.
KITCHEN ASSISTANT (MALE OR FEMALE)
• Must be literate with experience in performing light kitchen duties and assisting the chef in food preparation
DUTIES
• To assist the chef in food and beverage preparation and to deputize in their absence alternating shifts and days off to ensure cover at all times
9) WAITERS/WAITRESSES X 2 (MALE AND FEMALE)
• Must have a minimum of OND/BSC. with 2years experience in a customer care position in a 5 star environment
• Must be presentable with excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to work shifts
DUITES
• To serve food and beverage in the Spa areas, including poolside, relaxation areas, roof terrace, and in the hair salon and barbers shop.
10) FITNESS INSTRUCTOR/LIFEGUARDS X 2 (MALE AND FEMALE)
• A good qualification in Fitness and Personal Training
• A qualified First-Aider
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
DUTIES
• To put together fitness and exercise programs for the members.
• To monitor their progress and suggest changes and improvements to their routine
11) FEMALE ACCOUNTANT (CHARTERED)
• A good first degree in Accounting or related discipline
• A minimum of 4years experience as an accountant in the hospitality industry
• An auditing experience will be an added advantage
• Must have a good knowledge of accounting software packages
DUTIES
• To control the financial operations of the Spa including payroll, revenue and expenses
