Our client in the oil&gas,manufactuirng and farming is seeking to hire the underlisted person.

HR Manager
Reports to the MD.

Responsibilities
• Working closely with other business units and line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures.
• Staff recruitment, developing job descriptions, short listing interview, selection and other personnel functions.
• Negotiating with staff and their representatives on issues relating to pay and conditions of service.
• Administering payroll and maintaining records relating to staff.
• Analyzing staff training needs in conjuction with departmental managers.
• Undertaking surveys for regular salary review.
• Developing with the line managers, HR planning strategies and staff requirement skills.
• Maintaining a database of staff in the organization and exit management.
• Perform other administrative functions as deemed necessary.
Requirements
• First degree in Law and relevant professional qualification is a must
• Minimum of 8years continuous working experience in same field
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage and lead people with strong analysis and conceptualization
