1. Regional General Manager

Qualification: Minimum of Postgraduate degree in management discipline and relevant professional qualification.

Person Specification and Competencies: The candidate must have at least 8 yrs work experience with at least 3 yrs at managerial level. He /She must have strong leadership qualities,change management, and be able to work in a pressurised environment and after hours.He/She must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A strong business and financial acumen and High level of integrity.

Core Job Description: The candidates will be responsible for the management and Coordination of regional activities in the business areas of sales & marketing, field operations, information technology,regulatory and local government, and stake-holders.

2. Senior Manager, HR Operations

Qualifications: First degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline. Post graduate degree/professional qualification in a relevant discipline is an added advantage.

Person Specification and Core Comptencies: The candidate must have 8-10 yrs experience in a relevant industry prefarably telecommunications with a minimum of 3 yrs in a managerial role.
The candidate must have good presentation and facilitation skills.Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.

Core Job Description:The candidate will coordinate the articulation,development of the function's policies and processes.Coordinate the execution of the function's work programs and plans and ensure alingnment with the organisation policies and procedures.Plan and manage the human and material resources of the team/function to optimise performance, morale and enhance productivity.

3. Senior Manager,Labour Relations

Qualifications:LLB or equivalent. Post graduate degree or professional qualification in a relevant discipline is an added adavantage.

Person Specification and Core Competencies: The candidate must have 3yrs managerial and 5yrs labour relations experience.

Core Job Description: The candidates will coordinate the execution of the functions work program and pans and ensure alignment with the organisation policies and procedure.Be responsible for collective agreements and negotiations between the company and Labour union.
