1. Job Title: Legal /Risk Management Officer
Educational Qualification: LLB;BL;Professional qualification-ICSA(Preferably)
Work Experience: Minimium of 2-3 years post qualification experience in
the legal profession.
Core Functions:
To provide Legal support for the company
Coordinate internal and external legal affairs
Company secretarial duties
Prepare contracts and provide legal advise on its execution
Coordinate the development of all documentation for all credit programs
and company's engagements.
Review loan facility agreements
Settle recovery of debts.
2. Job Title: Chief Credit Officer
Reporting to: Chief Executive Officer
Educational Qualification: First degree in Business related discipline
Work Experience: Minimum of 5 yrs post qualification experience in similar
capacity.
Core functions:
To develop and implement credit strategy.policies and
procedures.
Overseeing portfolio management to ensure best use of funds and quality of
portfolio.
Work with credit officers on identifying potential loans to MSME businesses;
participating in presenting loa recommendations to credit committees.
Oversee credit administration and recovery process;preparation and
rendition of credit returns.
