Qualifications:

FLEET ADMINISTRATOR (1) FAO REF: 002 LAGOS

Job Description

The successful candidate will be reporting to the Head Admin Services. He/She will ensure that accurate and complete accounting; reporting and internal control systems are operational. All relevant records are maintained and forwarded to the Head Admin Services. He/She will make recommendation on new equipment and specifications, and maintenance of fleet. The successful candidate will liaise with repair agents, raise and complete purchase orders, and also ensure that servicing schedules and repairs are completed.

Requirements

- A university degree
- Four years Administrative experience
- Knowledge of commercial fleet maintenance and / or workshop control
- A knowledge of repair cost control or procedures
- Must be proactive and honest
- Must be computer literate
- Constant research and survey of fleet management in other organization
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills
- Must be result oriented and creative


BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE (2) BDE REF: 003 Port Harcourt

Job Description

The successful candidates will create awareness of the company’s products and develop new distribution channels. They will implement strategic Marketing plans and meet set targets. They will write business proposals, give presentations before our prestigious clients. They will also be required to give excellent customer service to customers. Must be present living in PH, and should also understand the PH market.


Requirements

- A university degree in any discipline or equivalent
- A minimum of two years relevant experience from an IT firm
- Good communication skills
- A passion for customer service
- Must have good knowledge of IT products


BRANCH MANAGER (1) BDM REF: 004 Port Harcourt
Job Description

The successful candidates will manage the activities of the PH office, create awareness of the company’s products and develop new distribution channels, coordinate the activities of all staff in the branch. Send a weekly report to the COO on their activities. He/she will implement strategic Marketing plans, meet and set targets for the branch, write business proposals, give presentations before our prestigious clients. He/she will also be required to give excellent customer service to customers.

Requirements

- A first degree in any discipline, MBA is an added advantage
- Professional qualification is also an added advantage
- A minimum of 5years relevant experience
- Good communication skills
- A passion for customer service
- Good administrative skill
- Ability to work without supervision.

Job Description

The main function of this role will be developing new software and soft ware products. Also maintaining and working on existing software platform by implementing changes to the core products in line with strategic product objectives.

Requirements

- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or any related field
- A proficiency in C++, C#, VB. Net, Java, SQL
- Knowledge of object orientated design and UML
- At least 3 years experience with a will structured IT firm
- Ability to work independently
