HEAD OF PERSONNEL
Job Objectives

Development and effective implementation of all manpower planning and development systems .
Development, management coordination and direction of an efficient succession planning, career development and performance management system for the organization.
Focal point for the interpretation of all HR policies, procedures and guidelines
To manage tripartite relationship between Management, Staff Representatives and Employees and ensure harmonious relations of the organization
Develop and imptemeit a training framework for the organization
Provide overall coordination and direction in all training activities

Education and Experience

A first or second class degree in any of the social sciences or arts. An MBA and membership of any relevant professional association will be an advantage. Candidate should have 15 years post graduate experience of which a minimum of 7 years should have been spent at a senior position handling similar in a reputable organization preferably in the Oil and gas industry.
