Hello house, please I want to know how much flour mills pay their graduate trainee, have been told from different people that they are renewing their pay package, but on the average how much?
dont knw d pack package 4 grad trainees but an impeccable source told me they
pay der Contract staff #65k + other fringe packages(company's product, et al).
dis ia as @ Jul 2008...dnt knw if der has been an upward review.we'll see hw it goes by december.

@ oyio, how are u doing? hope all is well. i was selected for the scheme too. cant wait to see wat they will offer in december. i made some efforts to get some of their staff. a manager i contact refuse to tell me the amount. he only said the organisation is a performance driven type. he said after our 20 months trainee program, we will be promoted automatically to assistant manager. lets hope for the best.

omon i think we're talking 'bout Flour Mills package here...not First Bank's dismissal of her staff.
Anyway i empathise wit those affected by d layoff. Shit happens. Take it in good faith and forge ahead.
