(1) Head, Business Development & Performance Management (NXT/ME01)
A relevant first degree or its equivalent, minimum of 5 years
hands on experience in strategic planning and business development. The individual should
be market savvy, innovative, and creative in problem solving, conversant with current
trends and best practices in the industry and economy and must possess good advisory
skills.
(2) Head, Risk Management (NXT/ME02)
A relevant first degree in Business Admin, Banking
& Finance, Accounting, Economics or the Social Sciences, Must be an ACA member, minimum
of 6 years hands-on experience in managing risk and compliance in a financial institution.
Proficiency in measuring and ascertaining all kinds of risks associated with the company's
businesses and optimally averting them.
(3) Head, Financial Control (NXT/ME03)
A relevant first degree in Business Admin, Banking &
Finance, Accounting, Economics or the Social Sciences, Must be an ACA member, minimum
of 6 years hands-on experience in managing risk and compliance in a financial institution.
He/She must have a comprehensive knowledge of accounting techniques, practices,
policies, and procedures including Financial Analyses, Budgeting, Cost Planning and Projects
Management
(4) Head, Asset Management (NXT/ME04)
First degree or equivalent, minimum of 7 years
experience in asset management. He/She must have sound knowledge of assets, high level
of technical competence in at least one area of asset management and a good track record
in the preparation of asset related strategies and policies.
(5) Asset Management personnel (NXT/ME05)
First degree or equivalent, minimum of 2
years working experience in a financial services firm. Must understand of the Nigerian capital
market and assets and have interest in asset and investment management.
(6) Analyst (NXT/ME06)
First degree or equivalent. The candidate should also have
sufficient knowledge of technical analysis. Understanding of the Nigerian capital market and
interest in asset and investment management is also required.
