10. Lab Scientist, and other various positions.
QUALIFICATIONS
Firt Degree plus NYSC Certificate
METHOD OF APPLICATIONS:
You can obtain the form only at Federal Civil Service Commission No. 3 Abidjan street, zone 3 wuse Abuja, free of charge. You should go along with hand written application letter, 15 photocopies following of the credentials
1. Primary school Certificate
2. Certificate of Local Gov't indigene
3. Birth Certificate/Declaration of age
4. O'level Certificate
5. Degree/ HND Certificate/Notification or Statement of Result
6. N Y S C Discharge Certificate/ Exemption
7. Cv, and 2 passport photographs.
EXPERIENCE
No experience needed
All application should be address to the Chairman, Federal Civil Service Commission, No. 3 Abidjan street, zone 3 wuse, Abuja.

you dont need more than one passport, you dont even need the appilication letter what you need is all your credential ( original) Along with the 2 pothocopy of each crdential, and you will go to your state department to optain form

Yes it is mandatory u go with ur originals, also ur indigene certificate collected from state local government is compulsory not the one from liasion office.
