Business Development Manager (PCL: BDM)
Job Summary
? Initiate contacts that bring projects into the business.
? Provide leadership and direction in customer prospecting and acquisition.
? Develop new product and service lines leading to the acquisition of market share.

Minimum Qualifications
? First degree in business marketing and sales or its equivalent from a reputable tertiary institution.
? Minimum of five (5) years cognate experience, of which at least two (3) years must have been spent in the engineering and telecoms industry.
? Professional certification in sales and marketing is an added advantage.

Head of Operations (PCL: OPM)

Job Summary

? Provide periodic report on the status of operational tools and equipment
? Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, outage plans, succession plans, staffing rosters, and training programs for project execution.
? Ensure proper project management and project accounting procedures are complied with
? Work with relevant client personnel to ensure effective service delivery

Minimum Qualifications

? A good first degree or its equivalent in Engineering or other related fields from a reputable tertiary institution.
? Additional professional qualifications in Project management or Project accounting.
? Minimum of six (6) years cognate experience.
? Manage and facilitate efficient and effective operation of project requirements.
? Manage, by overview, availability of project equipment.
? Manage the implementation of all functions defined in Service Level Agreement.
? Plan and allocate resources to projects to ensure effective execution

Location: Lagos

Finance/Admin Manager (PCL: FAM)
Job Summary
? Provide periodic business reporting statement for strategic decision making
? Oversee company’s management and financial activities.
? Prepare month end journal entries and account reconciliations
? Regular reporting on sales and margin performance
? Develop sales and margin forecasts.
? Provide relevant periodic business performance reports for the MD’s attention

Minimum Qualifications

? A first degree or its equivalent from a reputable tertiary institution preferably in business administration, accounting, finance or related discipline.
? Professional certification e.g. ICAN, ACA, ACCA, MBA will be an added advantage
? Minimum of three (3) years cognate experience
