A multinational Merchandizing company with Head Office on the Victoria Island seeks the service of a PERSONAL ASSISTANT/CONFIDENTIAL SECRETARY to the Managing Director (Expatriate)

The Secretary will be assisting the Managing Director in all areas of his corporate duties and will majorly represent him in his absence as the MD travels abroad a lot

She/he must have at least the following qualifications and qualities (all compulsory):
? Must be a graduate of Secretarial studies or equivalent/related courses;
? Must have good shorthand knowledge;
? Must not be less than 40 years of age;
? Must have at least 7 years of experience in a related capacity;
? Must be very computer literate;
? Must have the auspices to carry the rare dignity of the office;
? Must have good communication skills as the MD is an Expatriate;

Interested candidates should have at least all the above specified qualities. Needless to say, any candidate who does not meet any of the above mentioned qualities NEED NOT apply as none of the mentioned qualities can be compromised.
