Our Client is looking for a qualified, innovative Director to oversee the operation of the company. This position will report directly to the Group MD.
The suitable candidate will provide leadership and accountability to the group and ensure their success in the field. The ideal candidate should be able to manage/ensure profitability of each project and plan for continued growth. The Executive Director is in charge of hiring, terminations, performance evaluations and staff development in creating functional excellence.

He/she should be able to identify business opportunities with existing/new customers and expand our service offerings and also perform miscellaneous duties, tasks & projects as needed

REQUIREMENTS:
- Windmill Energy experience required
- BA/BSc required or equivalent experience. MBA/MSc a plus
- Proven/Quantifiable service start up experience
- Lean and continuous improvement experience
- Basic understanding of financial cost drivers and managing to a budget
- Minimum of (5) years of managerial/supervisory experience required including business start up
- Ability to inspire, energize and motivate
- Communication skills that command respect without alienation
- Must have excellent computer skills
