Direct Sales Managers – For a subsidiary of a reputable Bank.


The ideal candidates would be expected to execute the following:

Sell company products to individuals/create their caption areas.
Hire and manage their Direct Sales Associates.
Negotiate with prospective customers and other parties.
Facilitate and train the Sales Associates on sales processes and effective selling techniques.
Meet sales targets/goals as agreed.
Oversee reconciliation of transactions, back office and operations support.

key specifications for this position shall be:

Male or Female with a minimum HND.
Minimum of about 3 years in retail related experience. Age and number of years of experience is open.
Good interpersonal and communications skills.
Good organisational and team building skills.
Good selling and business development skills.
