DUTIES OF THE ADMINISTRATOR
The Administrator is responsible for day-to-day church management and operations and will assist the senior pastor as needed with the ministry of the church.
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
1. Manage the church and church staff on a daily basis.
2. Organize staff training and deal with personnel issues; report concerns to the senior pastor.
3. Ensure implementation of church policies and procedures.
4. Assist the senior pastor in overseeing the ministries of the church; keep regular contact with ministry directors.
5. Pray for and support the senior pastor. Recommend solutions to ministry problems.
6. Participate in staff meetings and leadership training sessions.
7. Attend all board meetings
8. Liaise between the Office and the Directors to collect information relevant to the running of the ministry
9. Ensure implementation of decisions taken at board meetings
10. Ensure implementation of decisions taken during the House Cell Leaders’ Seminars and meetings
11. Collect, document and process reports of house cell weekly meetings
12. Monitor the progress of house cells and liaise with the Directorate of Membership to ensure house cells are functioning well and that quotas are being met by house cells
13. Monitor follow-up and ensure that new comers and new believers are being integrated properly.
14. Take care of the production of all publications-weekly bulletin, bi-monthly newsletter, flyers etc.
15. Liaise with the secretary to ensure that materials for the LDI, SOM etc. are available on time.
16. Keep record of pledges and follow their redemption
17. Conduct surveys, process them and compile a report for management decision etc.
18. Other duties as may be assigned for the smooth running of the church.
