34 - 40YEARS Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or other related fields.
An MBA will be an added advantage.
8 Years of which at least 3 must be managerial

Company Accountant

• Preparation of Final Accounts (Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement, Value Added Statement etc).
• Preparation of advisory reports that assist management taking investment/financing decisions.
• Preparation of Management Reports:
o Monthly Sales Report
o Monthly Creditors Report
o Monthly Debtors Report
• Responsible for identifying key decision makers of new corporate clients and engaging in all parts of sales cycle.
• Follow through on all transactions from sales to execution to payment, ensuring 100% compliance with job order.
• Achievement of personal target achieved through increamental revenue generation within market.
• Contact, meet and close customer needs by developing data base.
• Develop value propositions, presentations and proposals
• Coordinate implementation with business manager

30-40YEARS
Bachelor’s degree or HND in Accounting with ability to use relevant Accounting software’s.
Must be certified by any of ICAN,ACCA or other relevant professional bodies Minimum of 3years in similar responsibilities

Human Resource Coordinator


• Managing a training budget , producing training materials for staffs
• Coordinating various HR functions as delegated my Human Resource Director
• Recruiting staff – advertising and interviewing
• developing HR policies and procedures, and writing staff handbooks
• Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely organized and comprehensive procedure is used to hire staff
• Attend to other HR responsibilities as advised by the HR Manager
30-35YEARS Must have University Degree and relevant HR professional training (desirable) experience in HR Department 3-5 years relevant Experience in HR/Training & Development/
Manpower planning and development.


Human Resource Officer

26-30 HND/BSc in Social Science or other Qualifications with Experience in HR administration 2-3 Years Experience as a HR officer.

Head of Legal Affairs

• Proffering professional and specialist legal advice and opinion on all matters affecting the Company’s operations and interpreting related government legislations.
• Attend to all Legal Affairs as necessary. 38 -42 LLB / LLM 10years in Communication in communication industry of which 5 must have been in Senior Management.
Must have been called to the Nigerian Bar with a minimum grade of Second Class Lower Division.

General Manager Television & Radio

Digitalised, Knowledgeable about product values, Clear understanding of commercial skills & values in the communication industry.
37 - 45YEARS
