Job Description:
To work as team members that market the bank's products and services to our target market.

Skills and Experience:
No prior experience is required.
Ability to communicate effectively.
Ability to work in a team setting and meet performance target.
Computer literacy.

Qualifications:
OND or its equivalent. Must be below 28 years old.


MARKETING OFFICERS: (REF 02)
Job Description:
To lead marketing teams at branch / meeting points level. Responsible for the implementation of set programs for the teams and ensure that team members are well trained and motivated to meet set targets.

Skills and Experience:
At least two years financial services marketing experience.
Self-driven and ability to take initiatives.
Good team leader.
Ability to tram team members on bank's products and services.

Qualifications:
Minimum of HND or university degree.
Below 30 years old.



BRANCH MANAGER (REF 03)

Job Description:
To develop new branches for the bank in market areas.
Meet set performance targets.
Appraise and respond to competition around his/tier environment.
Lead members of. his/her team towards the achievement of set
objectives.

Skills and Experience:
At least two years experience in a similar position in the industry.
Good analytical skills.
Good organizational skills and leadership ability.
High computer and banking software literacy.

Qualifications:
Minimum of HND or university degree. Below 35 years old,
