CREDIT CONTROL ASSISTANT

Key Objective
To assistant the Credit Control Team in calling out clerical and secretariat duties.

Qualification & Experience
• OND Accounts
• At least 2 years working experience
• Age -Not more than 25years old
• Computer literate-Compulsory

Role & Responsibility
• To key in return cheques daily and
• Copy credit control officer for immediate recovery actions.
• Assist in filling/completing daily tellers cheques for lodgment
• Assist in sorting out monthly cheques due for lodgment.
• Assist in File Tracking/Tracing.
• Filling correspondence (from/to Customers into their respective file)
• Assisting in sending clients notifications via email/correspondence
• Receive transaction cheques on behalf credit control officer
• Receive and in safe custody of all returned of the group.
• Any other task assigned by the Unit Head.
