    Due to market expansion, our clients, a leading Market Research firm and one of the topmost Fast food Restaurants located in Lagos require capable Staff to fill the vacancies listed below:

    1. CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER – REF NO. CIPM01 (Market Research)

    1. The qualified candidate will be reporting to the Group Managing Director.

    QUALIFICATION:

    Candidates must be technically competent and have a good degree in Social or numerical Sciences.
    Minimum of 10yrs experience in a research or research oriented organisation either as a user or a provider of research, 5 of which must have been at a senior management level.
    Client service, leadership and administrative skills are required.
    Ability to organize, coordinate, motivate and inspire subordinates is necessary.
    Experiences in the management of large projects and big clients are prerequisites.
    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    The outstanding candidate will oversee the technical and personal operations of the agency with the following specific functions:

    Oversee the development and presentation of proposals and reports.
    Oversee the development and delivery of proprietary research .
    Manage all other technical and professional functions of the agency.
    Ensure sustenance and growth of the agency over the long term.
    Be the Vice Chairman of the Management Committee of the agencys.
    Represent the agency at the Group Management Committee meetings.

    2 BUSINESS STRATEGY AND DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – Ref No. CIPM02 (Market Research)

    The successful candidate will be reporting to the Chief Operating Officer

    QUALIFICATION:

    A good degree in Marketing/a customer relation management discipline; or, an MBA/MSc degree in a relevant field with client management, marketing or business development experience.
    Minimum of 5yrs cognate experience, 3 of which must have been at an intermediate management cadre.
    Knowledge of PowerPoint, excellent presentation, negotiation and marketing skills are required
    Must be result oriented
    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    The candidate must be able to map out the strategies needed to ensure maintenance of the existing business as well as continuous acquisition and development of new businesses. Specifically, the best candidate will expect to:

    Generate business idea and gather information in line with the company’s vision and goals.
    Assess market opportunities and develop products/services to meet the needs of all the target markets
    Gather market intelligence on customers and competitors
    Develop and implement business plans and corporate strategy instrument
    Develop and implement Public Relation, Brand Building and management strategies for the agency

    3 ADMIN/HUMAN RESOURCE EXECUTIVES (2) – Ref No. CIPM03 (Restaurant)

    The candidate will be reporting to the HR Manager/Director

    QUALIFICATION:

    B.Sc. in any relevant discipline
    A minimum of 5yrs in Admin/Human Resource functions is a prerequisite
    Membership of CIPM is an additional advantage
    Good interpersonal and communication skills
    Ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures is needed
    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Maintenance of HR records
    Overall responsibilities for personnel and administrative matters
    Overall responsibilities for corporate relations and training
    4 Human Resource Trainee – Ref No. CIPM04 (Restaurant) The candidate will be reporting to the HR Executive

    QUALIFICATION:

    B.Sc/HND in any discipline
    A minimum of 1yr in Admin/Human Resource function is a prerequisite
    At least Student Membership of CIPM
    Good interpersonal and communication skills
    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Maintenance of HR records
    Responsibilities for personnel and administrative matters
