This information is for those who applied for the Diversity Visa Lottery (DV Lottery 2010).
You can now check the status of your application online. Please note that you have to go to their official site (www.dvlottery.state.gov ) to check your status (the same site you used when you applied for the visa lottery).
You will need to give them the following information:
1) Your Family Name
2) Your Confirmation Number (the number on the form you printed out)
3) Your Year of Birth
