First u'd have to register @ Chams City, were all ur bio-data would be taken as well as finger prints. U'd also be snapped. All this is so that they would have your data in their system. Then u'd most likely be invited for a test via SMS from CCSNL. The test most times is for Call Centre agent.
Note that CCSNL are recruiting on behalf of Zain. CCSNL also have consulting firms under them
As regards my invitation, I followed the above process & was invited to write a test (which was for a Call Centre Agent) but I knew I wldn't be taken because I don't speak any of the three (3) major languages. But I happen to know a Contact in one of the Consulting firms under CCSNL who helped forward my details for the customer care position. Thats how I got the invitation for the customer care interview.
I was called to resume @ Zain Regional Shop in Abuja yesterday, but I didnt take up the offer, because its less than my current pay & its even a 2-year contract job.
I'd even have preferred the call centre job (4days on, 3 days off) because it the same pay with the customer service position - 74k

They should have a website, but everything about their recruitment for Zain is done through Chams Plc. Meanwhile, just go to google & search for CCSNL.

Guy, its seems u are already working some place else because its been a national thing. Just go to Cham Office Lagos or Abuja (which ever is close to you) to register your details online & probably called for an online test consisting of Multiple choice questions (40), typing skill test, language recognition. Go with photocopies of all your credentials because they would collect it after the test.
Just be try to be online as frequently as possible & u would always be up to date. Information is power!!
