Qualifications:
a.MANAGING DIRECTORS/CEO
Candidate must be a graduate with B.SC/HND in Banking, Accounting, Business Adminor Eocnomics
possession of a professional qualification ACA,ACCA,CPA,ACIB OR A Master degree will be definite advantage.
A minimum of 7 yrs post graduate relevant experience is required.
the candidate must have a very sound knowlegde of banking operations,internal control and credit/marketing.He must be knowledgable in regulatory requirements as it concerns the banking sector generally and the microfinance Banks in particular.
b. HEAD OF DEPARTMENTS ( position b,c,d,e andf)
same requirement as in (a) above with minimum of 5yrs relevant experience.
Age:30-40yrs.
c. OFFICERS: (position g,h,i,j)
B.SC/HND in Banking/finance, Business Admin, Accounting,Management,etc. A minimum of 2yrs. post qualification experience in a finance institution is require. For position (l) a minimum of 2yrs cognate tellering experience is require
Age: 25-35yrs.
d. POSITION (l)
OND/HND insecretariat studies and working knowledge of MS-Exce, MS-powerpoint presenttation package,MS-word etcplus 5yrs practical experience preferably in a financial institution is essential
