Our client, a leading international brand in electronics, audio-virtual,telecommunication equipments, office automation and household’s equipments / gadgets, seeks for immediate employment a Business Development Manager to promote their range of products and services. The successful candidate will be responsible for marketing and corporate clients' development with emphasis on research and the initiation of new ideas; product positioning and support to distributors, agents and marketing team.

Job Position: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Job Responsibilities

? Operationalize the growth strategy of the company
? Define the products / service strategy and roadmap
? Prospecting for sales to corporate clients and organizations
? Develop business plans aimed at expanding existing market and building more market for the company's brands in Nigeria and the West Africa sub-region
? Train and engages in the development of company's distributors and franchisees
? Develop innovative ideas that will take the company to the NEXT LEVEL
? Develop clear written product requirements with prioritization and justification
? Work with sales, pre-sales and marketing team to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met

Qualifications.

? MBA, B.sc or HND in marketing, social Sciences, Humanity and other related fields
? Must have good knowledge and understanding in the sales of electronics equipment such as audio -Virtual, Multi-media facilities, telephone equipments, refrigerator, Air-conditioners etc.
? Fluent in English (Knowledge of Ibo Language will be an added advantage but not compulsory)
? Must have the right personality profile to relate and interface with corporate organizations and clients in the banks, oil companies and other sectors
? Minimum of 5 years experience as a business development manager, marketing Manager or product development Manager
? Track record of successful defining and launching products or services
? Excellent written, English and verbal communication skills
? Excellent computer skills in MS Office Package ( Excel, Word and PowerPoint
? He or she must be a team builder with leadership skills and abilities


Remuneration.

Very attractive and negotiable based on experience
