Essential job responsibilities include but are not limited to ensuring: Conceptualization and development of strategic brand equity building plans, Follow-through of brand plan implementation, The realization of the sales and profit objectives of the brands in his/her charge by working with the sales management team, The identification of market research needs and the development and implementation of innovative research plans, Liaison with Manufacturing and Quality to ensure timely implementation of new products and policies respectively, Management of advertising and media agencies, Plans to ensure that GSK categories are ahead of competition and management of brand demand forecast




JOB REQUIREMENT

Candidate must have B.sc in Pharmacy or other sciences, 3-5 year experience in brand management, Excellent communication and people skills, Ability to use, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
