We are all in Nigeria, what he simply means, is that, you must know someone in-house, who will help you submit your Cv and give you updates. Even if you apply for a test now, there is still a need for you to know someone within the organisation, that will help you out. I really don't know why this is so. Arik just conducted an interview in Gombe State, and the info gathered was that the woman who conducted the interview, brought in her list from Lagos, so those who went there, were told they were not qualified.
