AREA FINANCE MANAGER – Ref: Fin 02/09

Key Accountabilities
Ensure accurate and timely submission of finance information by plants in any assigned region
Provide executive summary on plants weekly rolling estimate cost monitoring and highlight areas management attention regarding possible overspend.
Provide updates of finance training programs in accordance with agreed plans
Ensure consistent improvement in control environment in the plant using finance rating score card
Coach and implement development plans for Associates

Requirements
Candidate must possess B.Sc or HND in Finance and Accounting with a minimum of 10 years experience in country B.P reporting department, 7 years of which must be at management level within the FMGC industry.
ACA and or ICAN certification
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with good skills of MS excel and BRP (like BASIS or SAP).
