The Job - The successful candidate will be required to provide necessary support within the treasury team

Roles & Responsibilities

- Responsible for all banking related transactions
- Cheque processing and disbursement.
- Manage cash transaction from processing to input in company?s financial application.
- Maintain accurate and adequate petty cash records and filing
- Input cash payment detail into accounting systems.
- Post cash receipts into accounting systems

Requirements

- B.Sc. Or HND degree (with a minimum of second class upper) in Accounting discipline.
- Have NOT more than 2-years work experience post qualification in an accounting function.
- Must be part-qualified in ICAN professional Exams
- Proficient in the use of Ms-words, Ms-excel, Ms-outlook and Ms-Power point
- Have Strong analytical, report writing and presentation skills
- Be proactive with excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills
- Be a team player and able to work without supervision
- Be computer literate
- Age not more than 25 years

FINANCE COORDINATOR (REF: FIN/TRSPT/002)

The Job - The successful candidate will be required to provide necessary support within the financial account team

Roles and Responsibilities

- Reconciliation of Trade Accounts Receivables (TAR)
- Preparation of payment vouchers for raising of cheques
- Management of monthly payroll.
- Management of company Taxes (PAYE,VAT WHT etc)
- Maintenance of fixed assets register and depreciation schedule.
- Preparation of accounting books.
- Ensure proper Provisions are made in line with Accounting Standard.
- Proper allocation of expenses and revenues.
- Ensure strict adherence to accounting standards.
- Provide support in the finalization of account in a proper and Auditable manner.
- Weekly generation of MIS Report for Management.
- Provide necessary support in Budget & Forecast preparation.
- Preparation of Income taxes, VAT, Withholding tax and Pension Contributions and also prompt remittance

Requirements

- B.Sc. Or HND degree in Accounting/Finance discipline.
- A minimum of 2 ? 4 years cognate finance experience.
- Must be part-qualified in ICAN professional Exams

FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT (REF: FIN/TRSPT/001)

The Job - The successful candidate will be required to Plan and direct all the activities of the Financial Accounts Unit. Will be pivotal in the Budget/Forecast preparation tasks of the company

Roles and Responsibilities

- Supervise the input and handling of financial data and reports for the company?s automated financial system.

- Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness. Monitor processing and submission of invoices to clients and ensure receivable are recovered as at when due.

- Assist with annual/interim statutory audit exercise.

- Monitor budgets/ Forecast Performance on a weekly basis

- Preparation of monthly management report and accompanying schedules, worksheets and narratives, including ?Budget v Actual? variance reports.

- Preparation of Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly &YE Financial statement

- Monthly Reconciliation of GL accounts to ensure Ledger balance are correct Ensure adequate and accurate financial records are kept and proper filling is done as required
- Liaison with Tax Consultant/Tax administration authority

- Liaison with the statutory auditor as may be required from time to time

Requirements

- B.Sc. Or HND degree in Accounting/Finance discipline.

- A minimum of 6 ? 8 years cognate finance experience of which not less than 3 years must have been in a supervisory capacity

- Professional qualifications such as ACA or ACCA (MBA will be an advantage)

- Proficient in the use of Ms-words, Ms-excel, Ms-outlook and Ms-Power point

- Have Strong analytical, report writing and presentation skills

- Be proactive with excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills

- Be a team player and able to work without supervision

- Be computer literate Age not more than 35 years

FIXED ASETS AND INVENTORY COORDINATOR (REF: FA/TRSPT/001)

The Job -The successful candidate will be required to provide necessary support within the financial account team.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Process delivery of all new fixed assets and ensure that the deliveries are correct and complete.
- Quality assurance of asset as they are assembled and to liaise with the suppliers to fix any defect.
- Take regular inventory of the company?s fixed assets to ensure that the asset information is maintained on the asset register and relevant financial documents.
- Insurance of all fixed assets in a timely manner, check premium calculation, report any loses promptly to the insurer and follow up on claims to secure collection without delay.
- Ensure accurate and timely posting of all fixed asset information on the company?s financial application.

Requirements

HEAD, BUSINESS ASSURANCE & INTERNAL AUDIT (REF: AUD/GRP/001)

The job - A group function, the successful candidate will be required to:

- Put in place an efficient and effective internal control system across all business units and companies in the group.
- Review business transactions across various departments within the group to ensure compliance with generally accepted financial/accounting practices, statutory requirements and established company policies and procedures
- Be the custodian of all company operational policies and procedures, as well as initiate policies and procedures as and when required.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Conduct regular audit to ensure completeness and correctness of record keeping and adequate protection of companies? resources.
- Regularly review the Internal Control systems to ensure relevance and adequacy.
- Ensure adequacy of accounting records and compliance with relevant Accounting Standards.
- Ensure financial statements are prepared in compliance with relevant Local and international financial standards (e.g. NASB, IFRS, SOX where applicable, etc)
- Generate report on any financial and operational inconsistencies.
- Prepare comprehensive audit reports in the line with industry best practice and performance Measures.
- Provide support to the Executive Management as may be required.

Requirements

- B.Sc. Or HND degree in Accounting/Finance discipline
- A minimum of 6 ? 8 years cognate audit experience of which not less than 3 years must have been in a supervisory capacity
