Dear AIICO
this is a open letter to you, i am not trying to be derogatory, why is that you advertise for marketers virtual every day of the week, do you think that is telling good of your organisation on peoples impression about your staff turnover rate.
Just the other day, i saw one of your marketer, how improvished and dirty; he was. Please, the management of AIICO should see to your staff warfare, rather than capitalising on the unemployment situation of the country to be given commission job which you will not advise your relative, not to talk of your son.#
You call yourself American...., let people see the american in your organisation and staff and not story because this is branding, looking at the insurance market today, will you consider your self a market leader with way you are goin about this.... i leave you to answer,. very soon the name AIICO when mentioned in employment people will not respond to it again. pardon me if i sound in anyway abusive, but be responsive to your staff, contract or whatever
