REQUIREMENTS
- Good managerial skills and team building ability
- Degree or HND in actuarial science or insurance
- 5 years experience in Technical Operations of reputable insurance Company in a supervisory level
- Must be computer literate.

2. LIFE MARKETING TEAM LEADERS FOR;
(i) Insurance Brokers marketing Team
(ii) Financial Institutions Channel Marketing
(iii) Non Financial Institution Channel marketing Team
(iv) Educational Institutions marketing Team
(v) Small/Medium Enterprises marketing Team
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree or HND in marketing, insurance or any other discipline
- Knowledge of the brokers market is crucial for
(i) above while candidates for
(ii) to (v) above must have experience in retail marketing which does not necessarily have to be in the insurance industry
- Experience in financial products marketing is key
- 5 years experience is required
- Must be computer literate and possess good presentation skill.

3. AGENCY OPERATION TEAM LEADERS FOR:
(a) Lagos Agency Operations
(b) Branch Network Agency Operations
REQUIREMENTS
- 5 years experience in agency operations
- Must be familiar with location terrain
- Ability to develop agency team
- Past experience in branch operations will be an added advantage.

5. IT OFFICER
REQUIREMENTS
- A good 1st degree in computer science, computer engineering or electrical electronics
- At least 5 years experience in an IT position
- Professional qualification (MSCS, CCNA) is an added advantage
- Good in management information system.
